Gaura

Gaura is a member of theĀ onagraceae family, and it’s a native to Texas. This spring, two gauras that I planted last summer in the container garden are doing especially well, with lots of spikes of blooms.

Butterflies, particularly checkered whites, enjoy this plant.

I’m thrilled that they’re doing so well and hoping they bloom all through the summer.
