Spanish Lavender

I’ve always loved Spanish lavender! It doesn’t always thrive in my desert garden the way that French lavender does. But this year, I’ve been lucky with two Spanish lavenders that I planted in the container garden. Both are blooming profusely this spring!

I planted them in late autumn with the other winter flowers in the containers. They grew well during the mild winter we had this year. Now, the plants are bushy and healthy!

I’m hoping that they survive the heat. If they do, then I might have a new container garden favorite!
